The brief
Kshitij runs a sheltered workshop. The film had to show the work without turning the people in it into a case study.
We filmed over a week, on their schedule, with the participants leading what got shown. No re-staging, no voiceover speaking for anyone.
The film took the Yes Foundation Award and is still the organisation’s primary fundraising asset.
